Plane damage concealment suit

NEW ORLEANS — A Louisiana federal court denied summary judgment to a former employee of a private aircraft services company, who was sued by a plane owner who says the employee’s negligence while towing the unpowered aircraft caused its wing to clip a fire hydrant and leak fuel. The pilot adequately pleaded that the employee and his then-employer attempted to conceal the damage.
