Pipeline permit

GALVESTON, Texas — A federal court in Galveston dismissed a suit brought by Texas and 22 other states against President Joe Biden and 10 agency heads relating to the revocation of a permit for the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline. The court notes the project has been “permanently abandoned” by its owners and ruled the case is moot.
