Pipeline Inspection

A federal court in Montana dismissed an environmental group’s suit accusing the Pipeline Hazardous Material Safety Administration of failing to inspect all oil and gas pipelines on federal land annually as required by the Mineral Leasing Act, finding the federal agency has “promulgated regulations that at least attempt to comply with its statutory duties.”
