WASHINGTON (CN) - The U.S. Agency for International Development adopted a pilot program to make sure its assistance does not get diverted to terrorist organizations or their supporters.
The Partner Vetting System pilot initially will operate in five undisclosed countries and will be evaluated for cost, benefits and needed changes before being applied more broadly.
