HARRISBURG, Penn. — The Pennsylvania Superior Court found that a lower court failed to properly enjoin a labor union from picketing at the Butler Eagle, where the police were repeatedly called to the rowdy scene. The court violated a rule requiring injunctions to be filed with the clerk within 24 hours of the final hearing, and the injunction must be modified to remedy this error.
