Pick-Up Artist Says Viacom Blocks His Game

PHILADELPHIA (CN) - Gordon Ray Parker, the plaintiff in an unsuccessful copyright infringement suit against Google, has filed a $30 million federal lawsuit against Viacom. He claims the VH1 reality television show "The Pickup Artist" monopolizes the market on seduction advice, making it difficult for Parker to peddle his "Foxhunting" method and his books on seduction.

His pro se antitrust complaint also names as defendants Venusian Arts Corp. and Erik Mystery Von Markovic.
