Photographer’s Son Sues Circus Museum

TAMPA (CN) - The Florida State University Ringling Center for Cultural Arts has "inexplicably come into the possession of not less than 1,000" photographs by the late Time/Life photographer Loomis Dean, and is licensing and displaying them, but can prove it has rights to only 77 of them, Dean's son Christopher claims in Federal Court.

He wants the photos back, and more than $750,000.
