Photog Sues Las Vegas Sands on Geisha Pics

MANHATTAN (CN) - Jodi Cobb, the first woman to be named White House Photographer of the Year, says the Las Vegas Sands swiped photos from her book "Geisha" and used them in the bathrooms of its Tao nightclub. She claims Thomas Schoos Designs participated in the copyright violations, and that the Sands blew off her cease and desist letter.

Cobb is represented in Federal Court by Kenneth Norwick.
