Photog Says Movie Stars Started Beach Brawl

(CN) - Former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star Brian Austin Green beat up a paparazzi photographer because he snapped photos of Green and his wife, actress Megan Fox, on a Hawaii beach, according to a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Delbert Shaw says Green and Fox were frolicking on a on a public beach at the Four Seasons Resort in Kailua Kona, Hawaii in December 2010 when he took picture of the married couple.

"Infuriated" about being photographed in her bikini, Shaw says Fox provoked her husband, yelling "are you going to let him get away with that?"

In response, Green allegedly grabbed Shaw's iPhone and towel, and threw the phone in the ocean.

Then Green attacked Shaw, tackling him, "pummeling" his face and trying to take his camera while Fox egged him on, according to the complaint.

Then Four Seasons security guards grabbed Shaw and kicked "escorted" him away, the lawsuit states.

Shaw says the attack was videotaped.

Green has beaten up two other paparazzi photographers at the same hotel, according to the complaint.

Shaw claims the beating caused him permanent disabilities. He sued Green and Fox for assault and battery, conspiracy and false imprisonment, demanding money to cover his medical bills and punitive damages. Sark Ohanian and John Carpenter with Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley in Beverly Hills, Calif. are representing him.
