KNOXVILLE (CN) - The Bank of America accepted "millions of dollars" of deposits from a phishing scam that two or more people ran through eBay, a woman claims in Knox County Court. She claims that Sopheak Nov, of Philadelphia, and Chi Donn Cloughy, of Leander, Texas, offered her a 2003 BMW for $7,000, took her money and failed to deliver it. She demands treble damages and costs.
