Phillip Cooper; Joshua Perry v. Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment LLC

Class action complaint for violation of the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act and the Electronic Funds Transfer Act. Defendants marketed movies as being available in both Blu-Ray format and Digital Copy format, yet often times the Digital Copy was no longer available to the consumer when the consumer purchased the movie as the Digital Access Code used to download the Digital Copy had expired.
