Pharmacy Pays $3.9M|for Medicaid Fraud

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (CN) - A Cape Girardeau pharmacy owner will pay $3.9 million to resolve Medicaid fraud allegations, Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster said. Noel R. Botsch, owner of Special Design Health Care, will pay the money to Missouri, Illinois and the federal government.

Botsch allegedly double-billed and submitted false claims to Medicaid between 2002 and 2005.
