SAN FRANCISCO — A federal court in California granted partial summary judgment to McKesson in a class action accusing the pharmaceutical distributor of misleading investors by failing to disclose that a generic drug price-fixing scheme was boosting its profits. The class is amended to include those who acquired the company’s stock from Oct. 24, 2013, through Jan. 11, 2016.
