PG&E Reorganization

A federal court in California dismissed two appeals challenging a bankruptcy court’s order confirming PG&E’s reorganization plan, finding any ruling in favor of the appeals would “result in chaos” that would harm thousands of fire victims who have relied on the plan, which included a $13.5 billion cash and stock settlement for a trust to benefit them.
