Pet Seizure

A man whose two dogs were seized and euthanized has adequately pleaded a Fourth Amendment claim against the Humane Society of Wayne County, in Lyons, New York, the Second Circuit ruled, finding that the Humane Society was acting in concert with the state when it participated in the seizure of the animals.
