Pet Collar Patentee Sues Lance Armstrong

TULSA (CN) - Chris Ohman claims he patented a "pet collar with an embossed slogan for encouraging charitable contributions" in November 2007, and says the Lance Armstrong Foundation is violating the patent by selling "pet collars with inspirational message to encourage charitable contributions" to the bicyclist's preferred charity, cancer research.
