Pepsi in Peru

The Second Circuit ruled for Pepsi in a dispute with its Peruvian bottler with which it had a relationship for over 40 years. Under the terms of the contract, Pepsi had no responsibility to protect the bottler’s exclusive rights as a Pepsi distributor and could terminate the contract at will.
