Pepperidge Farm crackers

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — A federal judge dismissed a consumer fraud class action against Pepperidge Farm claiming its golden butter crackers are misleading because they contain vegetable oil as well as butter, ruling that the company was not required to use only butter in the recipe in order to label its product a butter cookie.
