Pentagon Won’t Provide Info About Jurisdiction Over Americans In Kuwait

WASHINGTON (CN) - The Defense Departmentrefuses to provide a copyof itsdefense agreement with Kuwait,regarding questions of jurisdiction over U.S. people and corporations operating in Kuwait,military in particular,says a federalaction filed by Hogan & Hartson. The bigWashington D.C. law firm ischallengingthe Pentagon's claim that "the entirety of the agreement (is) exempt from disclosure".
