Pentagon Won’t Provide Info About Jurisdiction Over Americans In Kuwait

WASHINGTON (CN) – The Defense Department refuses to provide a copy of its defense agreement with Kuwait, regarding questions of jurisdiction over U.S. people and corporations operating in Kuwait, military in particular, says a federal action filed by Hogan & Hartson.
