Pension Planner Accused Of Looting $800K

PHILADELPHIA (CN) - A landscaping company claims the woman in charge of the Philadelphia Pension Planning Corp. looted $800,000 from the plaintiff's profit-sharing plan and sent the money to her husband's company.

The Bustleton Landscaping Co. claims Charleen Liebmann Ryan conducted "the systematic looting of the funds," and sent them to her husband, George Michael Wallace, and his company, Prosperity Video.

Plaintiffs are represented in Federal Court by Elliott Platt.
