Pension Plan Shenanigans

WASHINGTON - After Royal Oak changed how it calculated pension plan benefits, at a cost of about $2.1 million to employees, the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. was within its rights to order that the firm make up the difference, a federal judge ruled.
