A federal judge in Pennsylvania Saturday dismissed the Trump campaign’s challenge against certain counties’ use of a “notice-and-cure procedure,” by which mail-in voters who submitted “procedurally defective” ballots are given an opportunity to cure them. The plaintiffs, who sought to prevent certification of election results in the state, presented “strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations,” the judge wrote.
