Pellicano, Behind Bars, Faces Another Lawsuit

LOS ANGELES (CN) - "Wiretapper to the stars" Anthony Pellicano has been sued for spying again, though he is already serving a 15-year sentence for his celebrity surveillance scheme. Producer Kirk Kerkorian's ex-wife's child support attorney says Pellicano eavesdropped on phone calls between him and Lisa Bonder Kerkorian, to find out the plaintiff's legal strategy.

Plaintiff Jeff Sturman says Pellicano worked with AT&T employees to tape his average of three daily conversations with Ms. Kerkorian. Pellicano also allegedly got his hands on Ms. Kerkorian's confidential medical records.

Other defendants include attorney and fellow Pellicano criminal defendant Terry Christensen, the law firm of Christensen, Glaser, Fink, Jacobs, Weil, & Shapiro and AT&T. Neville Johnson represents Sturman in Superior Court.
