MANHATTAN — A class of people who worked concessions at Oriole Park, the home field of the Baltimore Orioles at Camden Yards, are not entitled to overtime compensation because parent Delaware North Companies Sportservice qualifies as a concessionaire under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Second Circuit ruled Monday.
