Priority Pay Payroll and its CEO Jerry Carter embezzled more than $488,000 they were supposed to pay for payroll taxes, a business claims in Newark Federal Court. A second business filed a similar complaint, for less money, against Carter and First Priority Pay, also in Newark Federal Court.
