A federal class action claims that when (nonparty) MyPayrollHR collapsed, allegedly due to fraud or embezzlement, defendant payroll processor Cachet Financial Services “wrongfully caused many millions of dollars to be withdrawn from the bank accounts of approximately 250,000 employees nationwide,” to try to insulate itself from the fallout.
