Payment disputes

TYLER, Texas — A federal court in Texas granted summary judgment to health care providers in their suit challenging a rule issued under the No Surprises Act. The rule, which pertains to the arbitration process for payment disputes between “certain out-of-network providers and group health plans and health insurance issuers” conflicts with the act, the court ruled.
