Paula Abdul Hit With Suit for Filming Fall

VAN NUYS (CN) - A woman who fell while "descending the driveway" of a property in Sherman Oaks has sued "American Idol" judge Paula Abdul and the producers of her "Hey Paula" reality series.

Jill Kohl, in a complaint filed in Superior Court, said she fell during a taping of the series because the property "was in a dangerous and defective condition."

Also named defendants are Bravo Television, Scott Sternberg Productions, Jason Sands, NBC Universal, Michael Ulman, and Happy Feet Trust.

The suit was filed by Mark Grayson of Grayson & Grayson.
