Patrol Cars Not Intended for Sex, Says Retiree

MADISON, Wisc. (CN) - A former cop says Eau Claire police officers are in the habit of using squad cars to have sex with women other than their wives, and that police sabotaged his family business after he retired because he had spoken truthfully about it.

Scott Hegwood sued Police Chief Jerry Matysik, four other named officers and the city, in Federal Court.
