Patient Claims Doctor Put Her |On Addictive Meds To Molest Her

CLEVELAND (CN) - An Ohio doctor puts female patients on regimens of highly addictive prescription drugs in order to sexually molest and corrupt them, Jennifer Schuster claims in Cuyahoga County Court.

Schuster says Dr. Herbert I. Medoff gave her cash and controlled substances for steering other female patients to him. She claims he is being criminally prosecuted for having sexually abused and prescribed excessive addictive medication to at least six women.

She wants more than $50,000 in compensatory and punitive damages. She is represented by Stephen G. Thomas & Associates. See complaint.
