Noasha, which sells laser-etched marbles it calls Warbles, claim Duncan Toys violates its trademark by selling collectible marbles it calls Warballs, in Philadelphia Federal Court.

Noasha also sued Nordic Group of Companies and its subsidiary, Flambeau, which owns Duncan Toys.

Roland Corp. claims Rene Audette and Audette Productions dba Billy Blast Drums violated five patents on electronic drums, in Santa Ana, Calif., Federal Court.

Leon Stambler claims Merrill Lynch, Charles Schwab, E*Trade and a host of other online bankers violate his patents, in Marshall, Texas, Federal Court.
