Defendants in the TQP case include Capital One Financial Corp., Comerica, Comerica Bank and Trust, Citigroup, Primerica Financial Services, Citibank NA, Citigroup Global Markets dba Smith Barney, e-Trade Financial Corp., Fidelity Investments, FMR LLC, The Goldman Sachs Group, Sharebuilders Security Corp., Morgan Stanley & Co., The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Citizens Financial Group, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Raymond James Financial, TD Ameritrade Holding Corp., International Bank of Commerce, Amegy Corp., and Fifth Third Bank.

Hillerich & Bradsby claims Kelley Direct dba Kelley USA and affiliates are violating patent on its "Louisville Slugger equipment bag," in Louisville Federal Court.

Crown Equipment Corp. claims Hangzhou Zheli Forklift Group Co. violated patent on its forklifts and truck lifts, in Dayton, Ohio, Federal Court.
