Seaboard Corp. insists Jonmor Investments has no right to try to stop it from using the term "tender and juicy" on its pork products, in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court. Jonmor owns a trademark in "Tender N Juicy."

Card Activation claims five defendants violated its patented Method for Processing Debit Purchase Transactions Using a Countertop Terminal System, in separate claims in Chicago Federal Court. The defendants are Barneys New York, Panda Restaurant Group, Whole Foods Market, Casual Male Retail Group, and Bebe Stores.
