In five complaints in Los Angeles Federal Court, Microprocessor Enhancement Corp. accuses these companies of violating its patent on a "computer processor with an efficient means of executing instructions simultaneously:" Mindspeed Technologies, Archos, Emulex, American Arium, and Bug Labs.
Chek-Med Systems claims PMT Corp. and Permark sell products that violate its patent on an "endoscopy tissue stain," in Harrisburg, Pa., Federal Court.
