Juniper Networks claims GraphOn Corp. and Vertical Marketing violate patent on its computer-transmission technology, in Alexandria, Va., Federal Court.

The Tobin Family Education and Health Foundation claims Amazon.com violates patent on its Method and System for Customizing Marketing Services on Networks Communication with Hypertext Tagging Conventions, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.

David Bender claims 11 corporations violate his patent on a "buffered transconductance amplifier." Defendants in the separate actions in San Jose Federal Court are Exar, Micrel, Intersil, Advanced Micro Device, Freescale Semiconductor, Maxim Integrated Products, Linear Technology, Broadcom, DSP Group, Trident Microsystems, and National Semiconductor Corps. Bender is represented by David Kuhn in all cases.
