Health Care and Retirement Corp. of America claims in San Antonio Federal Court that it owns the "Circle of Care" trademark, and Wellmed Medical violating it.

Unex Corp. claims in Newark Federal Court that Industrial Bolting Technologies, Wren Hydraulic Tools, Maxpro Corp., and Hangzhou Wren Machinery Co. violate its patent on a "hydraulic square drive torque wrench," which sounds like a cool tool we would like to have, even if we never use it.
