Digital Technology Licensing claims Cellco and Verizon Wireless violate patent on a digital output transducer, in Newark Federal Court.

The USA sued the Institut Pasteur and Centre Nationale de la Recherche Scientifiquein DC Federal Court, challenging the Board of Patent Appeals' denial of the U.S. claim that defendants' "Cloned DNA Sequences, Hybridizable with Genomic RNA of Lymphadenopathy-Associated Virus (LAV)" infringes on U.S. researchers' "Cloning And Expression Of HTLV-III DNA."
