Tandberg Telecom claims Polycom violates its video conference streaming technology, in Richmond, Va., Federal Court.

Rick Robertson claims Dominion Lending Centres swiped his copyrighted "Mortgage Mentor" software, in Vancouver, B.C., Federal Court.
