Electronic Data Systems claims these defendants' prepaid cell phone services violate its patents: Online Wireless dba Page Plus Cellular, TracFone Wireless, Virgin Mobile USA, MetroPCS Communications, MetroPCS Wireless, and Cricket Communications, in Marshall, Texas, Federal Court.

Tandberg Telecom claims Polycom violates its video conference streaming technology, in Richmond, Va., Federal Court.

Rick Robertson claims Dominion Lending Centres swiped his copyrighted "Mortgage Mentor" software, in Vancouver, B.C., Federal Court.
