Safeworks claims Johns Manville Corp. violates its "Spider" trademark for safety equipment, to sell building insulation, in Seattle Federal Court.

The Cobalt Group claims these defendants violate its patented customer management system for the auto industry: Erich Spangenberg, ST Sales Tech Holdings, Orion IP, and Plutus IP Holdings, in Los Angeles Federal Court.
