e.Digital claims Casio, Nikon, Olympus, Samsung, Sanyo and others violate patent on its digital voice recording devices, in Marshall, Texas, Federal Court.

The University of Texas and Radworks claim Progeny violates their patents by selling the Progeny MPSe Digital Dental Imaging System and associated software, in San Antonio Federal Court. The same plaintiffs sued Adstra Systems and the American Dental Cooperative in a similar complaint in the same court.

The Atomic Age Alliance, a nonprofit that wants to preserve mid-20th century "Atomic Age" buildings, claims the Atomic Age Alliance-Portland (Oregon) in violating its trademark, in Las Vegas Federal Court.
