Intellect Wireless claims Motorola, LG Electronics, and Sanyo sell cell phones with picture and video messaging functions that violate its patents, in Chicago Federal Court.

Cequint claims TECMobile Software's "AreaCode2" product violates its patent, in Seattle Federal Court.

GraphOn Corp. claims these defendants operate Web-based personal classified directories that violate its patents: Classified Ventures, IAC/Interactivecorp, Match.com, Yahoo!, eHarmony.com, and CareerBuilder, in Marshall, Texas, Federal Court.

Aloft Media claims these defendants make and sell cell phones that violate its patents: Nokia, Motorola, Palm, Research in Motion, and Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, in Marshall, Texas, Federal Court.

Miguel Torres SA, of Barcelona, claims in San Francisco Federal Court that Torres de Anguix, of Burgos, violates its "Torres" trademark by selling Spanish-produced wine in the United States. (SA - sociedad anonima - is a Spanish-language equivalent of "Inc.")

Cardsoft claims these defendants sell ePOS terminals that violate its patents: Verifone, Hypercom Corp., Ingenico Corp., Way Systems, Shera International, and Blue Bamboo (USA), in Marshall, Texas, Federal Court.
