Nintendo of America violates his patent on a computer pointing device and touch screens, John Martin claims in Chicago Federal Court.

Timber Products Inspection claims Flat Iron Pallet and Thomas E. Frederick are using bogus TPI stamps to falsely designate their lumber. TPI says its trademarked stamp contains the mark of the International Plant Protection Convention, an international treaty on plant health supervised in the United States by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, in Chicago Federal Court.
