     Bavarian Nordic claims Oxford BioMedica violated its patented “modified Ankara virus variant” to make a smallpox vaccine, in San Diego Federal Court.
     
     EZ4Media claims Logitech, Netgear, and D-Link Corp. violate its patent on streaming digital media devices and systems, in Chicago Federal Court. It accuses Samsung, Pioneer, and Yamaha of similar violations in another complaint in the same court.
     
     Kouroush Sany claims Science Applications International Corp. stole his design for a smart chip security badge to win lucrative contracts with Saudi Arabia and Jordan. He demand $279 million in compensatory damages, plus punitive damages, in Alexandria, Va., Federal Court.
