Implicit Networks claims IBM, Oracle, Adobe Systems and SAP America violate patent on its Applet applications server, in Seattle Federal Court.

LG Electronics claims Quanta Computer violates patent on its "computer bus having page mode memory access," in San Francisco Federal Court.

L-3 Communications Mobile-Vision claims Safety Vision, and Trinus Systems violate its patented "wireless microphone for use with an in-car video system," in Newark Federal Court. It filed a similar complaint against Enforcement Video, Telex Communications, and KCI Communications.

My First Shades claims it trademarked the phrase "Really Cool Shades," so Jazo Shades can't use the phrase, "Cool Shades," in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court.
