Napster and BitTorrent have infringed on CRS' patented method for buying online digital content with their applications that let users buy and download digital music, movies, television shows or electronic games from their Web sites, CRS claims in Delaware Federal Court.

The Walt Disney Co. infringed on THOIP's "Little Miss" trademark, the Chorion company claims in Manhattan Federal Court.
