Vivatone claims 31 hearing-aid manufacturers violate its patent, in Marshall, Texas, Federal Court. USA, Phonak LLC, Phonak Hearing Systems, Unitron Hearing Corporate Office, Unitron Hearing US, Siemens Audiological Engineering Group, Siemens Hearing Instruments Inc., Rexton Inc., Widex A/S, Widex Hearing Aid Co. Inc., America Hears Inc., Sebotek Hearing Systems LLC, Sonus-USA Inc., Amplifon USA, and Amplifon.
