Kathleen Kelly claims Wal-Mart violates her copyrighted "Kats by Kelly" stationery design on T-shirts, in Chicago Federal Court.

Jose Estrada and Rene Byron Brizuela claim Toyota and Saatchi & Saatchi violated copyright on their tune, "La Bomba" (sic - not the famous Richie Valens tune) in Los Angeles Federal Court.
