LUXEMBOURG – An airline that couldn’t prove a passenger was informed of a flight cancelation two weeks before scheduled takeoff – despite notifying the passenger’s travel agent more than a month in advance – must compensate the passenger $652, the European Court of Justice ruled Thursday.
