PHILADELPHIA (CN) — A Pennsylvania federal judge decided that neither a Russian ballet shoe manufacturer nor its former exclusive U.S. distributor wins at the summary judgment stage in this lawsuit over who owns the U.S. trademark for the “Grishko” shoes.
